Update 12/5/14: OC submission date extended to 9th
Happy holiday season, my fellow Kingdom Hearts fans,
I am excited to announce that I am hosting an OC gift exchange for Christmas!! Alright, so because this might be a little confusing, I’m gonna break this down for you all.
1. If you want to participate, please leave a link to a description/picture of your OC in the comments below. Current limit is one OC per person, but may be subject to change.
2. After the 9th of December, the final day for submissions, I will send you a note saying who’s OC you will be giving a gift to.
3. Upon receiving the note, look around the room and select an odd item. This will be your white elephant gift. (Or if you want to, go to a second hand store and use the oddest item you can find there instead.)
4. Submit artwork (drawings, digital art, fanfics, etc. [put some effort into it though, or you will be asked to resubmit]) to khclub.deviantart.com/gallery/… between the 10th to the 24th of December. Remember to tag the recipient in the comments.
5. Have fun and enjoy yourself! And all of you have a great holiday season.

Yep, that's right. No longer do you need to wait to see your submission go up in the group. Because of the amount of submissions, we have decided to allow people to submit without needing to go through moderation anymore. Note that the moderators will go through the folders and make sure the pieces are in the correct folders. Otherwise you'll notice us moving them about.
It'd be of great help if you made sure to submit to the correct categories so we can spend more time browsing through the folders to find pieces to go into the.... Featured folder!! =D

It has recently come to the attention of the moderators that the current Artwork folder was full. Everything that was submitted in the past few days has been denied because we weren't able to approve it for the folder.
We left a message letting you know to resubmit to the new folder named Artwork, as the old one now has the name Artwork(Full2).
If you are having problems, please let aliceupsidedown (https://www.deviantart.com/aliceupsidedown) know and she will contact support to get our ducks back in a row!

For some reason these folders have been a bit weird since I put them up. It should be working fine now! So please feel free to submit your OC's and crossovers to the appropriate folders :)

Long time no journal! :)
We are slowly getting back on track and fiddling around with the group to allow it to flow a bit better. You'll notice that recently I updated two other journals. One with contests from affiliations. If you have any contests you want to announce, please send us a note with the details so I can add it to the journal.
I also updated the rules journal. Only one rule was changed, which was the FF and OC character one. While you still should only submit directly KH related artwork, there are now two extra folders in the group called Cross Overs and OC's. These do not require the presence of a KH character. i do not get the whole "pick an odd item"
is the item the theme of the picture ( i know the Subject is the other persons OC)
